在1868年，一台球型烘豆機在歐洲悄然誕生，像是一場關於咖啡的溫柔革命。當時的人們還未習慣大規模運輸帶來的方便——那股剛出爐、少量現烘的香氣，只在溫暖的小店裡，與老朋友的閒聊與微笑中流轉。
隨著人口增長與交通便捷，這種手工限量的烘焙，漸漸淡出了大家的日常，成了舊時光裡的甜美回憶。直到三十年前，一群堅持初心的咖啡匠人，攜手歐洲頂尖烘豆機大師，研發出適合小店操作的迷你烘焙機；他們與生豆期貨商合作，挑選生長在雲霧環繞的高海拔精品豆，用細膩的小火慢烘，重新把那股純粹的新鮮帶回每一杯咖啡裡。
1868咖啡館，便是為了延續這段被遺忘的溫度而生。踏入館內，空氣裡瀰漫著新鮮烘焙的香氣，每一次按下啟動鍵，都像是在喚醒一段被時光封存的溫暖。少量現烘的每一口，都是對初心的致敬，也是對未來的溫柔邀請。來這裡，讓咖啡的香氣，陪你度過每一個暖心的早晨與午後。

About PU CHUAN
Founded in 2004, Pu Chuan established the first coffee shop with its own brand 1868 Coffee Roastery.
We have been deeply rooted in Hsinchu for a long time. We insist on providing a safe coffee and safe ingredients. After the storm of food safety, the tempering of time and the support of local people, we established the first Organic coffee processing plant in Taiwan in 2010.
While pursuing stable quality, we have also successively obtained the support and recognition of Taiwanese chain enterprises, and those who have a consensus can provide drinks at US$1 throughout Taiwan.
In 2012, the factory was expanded and an independent factory was established, so that the quality of production can be more stable, the procurement of raw materials, temperature-controlled storage, transparent production lines, triple verification, high-standard freshness preservation, and stable logistics.
One-stop production line is the most secure guarantee for our customers.
